Stay Calm, and Quack On with Boyne River Classic Duck Race

Members of the Alliston Lions Club sold tickets for the upcoming Boyne River Classic Duck Race & Family Fun Day at Zehrs in Alliston this past week.
The annual Duck Race is set to take place along the Boyne River at Riverdale Park (outdoor pool) on Saturday June 1 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
This fundraiser for the local service club includes a barbecue, face painting and a bouncy castle, with no charge admission.
Tickets for the Race are $10 each, with proceeds back into community projects. Duck Race winners will take home: 1st Prize $1500; 2nd Prize $750; 3rd Prize $500; and twenty-two Runner-Up Prizes of $50 each. Only 1,000 tickets have been printed and are available by messaging the Alliston Lions Club on Facebook or asking any Alliston Lions Club member directly.
