Never had a mammogram or need to update your biennial mammogram?

Tuesday May 15 is a great day to do it.

On Tuesday, May 15, SMH will be taking part in a one-day breast screening mammothon for women between the ages of 50 and 74 years of age who have never been screened for breast cancer or women who have not had their mammogram within the last two years are also encouraged to get up to date by participating in mammothon.

Women from the community are encouraged to walk in anytime from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm,

no appointment necessary and to enjoy some cookies and coffee while they wait.

Early detection helps save lives, so please stop by if you’re due for a mammogram (it should only take about 30 minutes!) and encourage your moms, sisters, aunts, nieces, friends and all the women in your life to get screened as well.
