Toonies for New Tecumseth will host a fundraising garage sale

The Toonies for New Tecumseth initiative is still going strong in a bid to raise $10,000 for local charities.
Organizer, Eva Bradley, has already managed to raise around $6,000 toward that goal.
The funds raised will be going to the Tottenham Food Bank and the S.H.I.F.T. homeless shelter in Alliston.
Eva already held a bake sale, attended the Honey Festival in Beeton and the Tottenham Street Festival, selling clothing items and baked goods.
For August, Toonies for New Tecumseth will host a garage sale type of event and will be selling clothing and crafts.
The event will take place at Rex’s Playhouse, at 6296 5th Line in Tottenham.
This is an opportunity to find some unique gifts as well as support an initiative that will help the community.
The Toonies for New Tecusmeth garage sale fundraiser will take place on Saturday to Sunday, Aug. 17 – 18, and Friday to Saturday, August 23 – 24.
Toonies for New Tecumseth members will be at the location from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
