Tottenham C.R.I.C. Draw & Dance Returns May 2

The countdown is on as Tottenham prepares for one of its most anticipated events of the year — the Tottenham C.R.I.C. Draw & Dance returning to the Tottenham Community and Fitness Centre on Saturday, May 2. This beloved community tradition promises an unforgettable evening of entertainment, excitement and giving back.

For more than four decades, Tottenham C.R.I.C. (Community Recreation Improvement Committee) has been investing in our community — and the impact is undeniable. Since 1979, close to $1 million has been reinvested into local recreation and cultural initiatives, supporting projects and organizations that enrich the lives of residents across Tottenham.

From Coventry Park lighting and the C.R.I.C. Idea Lab at the Pam Kirkpatrick Branch Library, to local sports teams, Music in the Park, Next Step Literacy, Our Town Food Bank, TNT Disc Golf Course, Tottenham Community Week, and the Tottenham Legion — the reach of C.R.I.C.’s support can be seen throughout the community.

Declared a Municipally Significant Event by the Town of New Tecumseth, the Draw & Dance is C.R.I.C.’s signature fundraiser. The evening features an exciting elimination draw with close to $50,000 in prizes, building anticipation all night until the grand-prize winner drives away with a brand-new Honda Civic LX.

But the excitement doesn’t stop there. Guests will enjoy a full night of live entertainment with popular band Your New Neighbors, plus a DJ to keep the dance floor packed. With a buffet available all night, a photobooth, and a vibrant atmosphere filled with friends and neighbours, it all comes together for an unforgettable night out.

Get Your Tickets — and Be Part of the Impact

Tickets are $75 and admit two guests, offering incredible value for an evening of dinner, live entertainment, prizes, and community spirit. Attendees must be 19 years of age or older.

C.R.I.C. is also calling on community members to get involved behind the scenes. Volunteers are needed to help make the event a success, particularly those with up-to-date Smart Serve certification for bar service. Students are welcome and can earn valuable community volunteer hours while being part of this signature event.

Tickets and event information is available at www.tottenhamcric.ca.

Whether you come for the prizes, the music, the food, or the cause, one thing is certain — the Tottenham C.R.I.C. Draw & Dance is more than just a night out. It’s a celebration of generosity, connection, and community pride.

Don’t miss your chance to be part of it.
