The Tottenham Conservation Area is now open for the 2026 season, welcoming residents and visitors to enjoy another year of outdoor recreation and to connect with nature.
The popular local spot offers walking trails, open green spaces, and picnic areas designed for a wide range of users.
With a continued focus on environmental protection and sustainable use, the site provides a serene setting for leisure, exploration, and community enjoyment.
The beach is a popular place for swimming and paddling.
The frisbee golf course provides a challenging adventure for people who enjoy the sport. The frisbee golf course attracts not only local players, but also people from outside of the area who come to the park to play a round and have some fun.
Disc golf discs are available for rent at the gatehouse for $5.90 plus HST.
“The Tottenham Conservation Area continues to be an important local asset,” said New Tecumseth Mayor Richard Norcross. “Opening for the 2026 season ensures residents have ongoing access to natural spaces that support well-being, conservation, and outdoor recreation.”
The park opened on May 15 and will welcome visitors daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
