The Town of New Tecumseth is preparing to launch a new municipal website delivering a modern, accessible, and user-friendly experience for residents, businesses, and visitors.
The new website is expected to be online by the end of June.
This is a complete rebuild designed to make it easier for users to find information, access services, and connect with the town.
Key features include intuitive navigation aligned with how people search for information, a clean, modern design with updated visuals, faster, more effective search functionality, and a built-in accessibility widget to support a more inclusive online experience.
At the centre of the new website is a Search & Explore Town Helper – an interactive digital assistant designed to guide users to the information, services, and updates they require in real time.
The website launch also marks the beginning of ongoing enhancements. Future updates will introduce additional tools and features, including self-service portals, easier online payments, web-based forms, and interactive mapping capabilities.
As part of a commitment to continuous improvement, the town will launch a community survey this fall to gather feedback on what users value most about the new site and identify opportunities to further enhance the online experience.
