If you are one of those ‘gear-heads’ who loves anything with an engine, you will enjoy the Wheels & Tracks exhibit coming to the Simcoe County Museum.

The Wheels & Tracks exhibit is an action-packed, two-day celebration of vintage construction equipment.

With both static displays and live demonstrations, you will see everything from towering cranes and mighty excavators to steam-powered rollers. You will hear the roar of powerful engines and revel in the smell of old machines coming to life.

Whether you are a vintage equipment enthusiast or just looking for a unique family outing, Wheels & Tracks offers a blend of excitement, nostalgia, and hands-on discovery.

You can get something to eat at the museum’s concession stand or bring your own lunch to enjoy in a covered picnic area.

The Wheels & Tracks exhibit will take place on Saturday, June 7, and Sunday, June 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Simcoe County Museum (1151 Highway 26, Minesing).

Admission is $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $8 for youth ages 12 to 20, $5 for children ages 4 to 11, and free for preschoolers and Museum Members.

Please note that the indoor portion of the Simcoe County Museum will remain closed to the public during this event as renovations are ongoing.
