On Thursday, August 21st, Cool Moose Creamery in Alliston (Victoria Street at Church) held its 7th Annual Ice Cream Block Party benefiting CLASS (Community Living Association of South Simcoe). The event raised $1,653 and proceeds from the event will benefit individuals and their families with developmental delays. At the event, store owner Matt Perantinos sold ice cream buckets filled with treasure – including a pair of Toronto Maple Leaf tickets; hosted a silent auction and sang along with musical guests ‘Sugartones’. The evening was emceed by George Scott.
