As the province slowly recovers from the restrictions of the past two years, more and more events are starting to take place.
Recent government announcements indicate that many restrictions will be eased and that will make it easier for events to take place.
This year the Tottenham & Beeton District Chamber of Commerce it has made a decision to go ahead with its Home Show & Artisan Market this year.
The show has not been held in person for two years.
Last year, the TBDCC hosted a virtual even that people could attend on-line.
The TBDCC decided that, “After long-time closures and restrictions due to COVID-19, it is time to start the process back to normalcy.”
Though the closures and restrictions have had a detrimental impact on many small businesses, it has also made consumers aware of the importance of supporting local, and the Home Show will be the opportunity showcase a business to the community.
While restrictions are being eased, the TBDCC executive realize that some restrictions may still be in effect when the Home Show take place. It plans to follow all required government guidelines during the show.
The TBDCC Home & Artisan show will take place on Saturday, May 14, at the Tottenham Community and Fitness Centre.
If a business wants to be a part of the show, registration is upcoming.
You can contact the TBDCC to find out more information about registering and having a place on the floor reserved for you.
