The Provincial Junior Hockey League has announced the launch of PJHLTV – the exclusive outlet for PJHL content live online.
The platform features live games, archives on demand, and a suite of features offering fans of the PJHL a new experience.
This is a huge undertaking with over 60 venues involved that now have the technology required to autonomously steam games to fans.
Using artificial intelligence cameras, the livestream will offer high-definition games to fans across the province and around the globe. The PJHL is working hard to be forward-thinking and keep fans informed.
The PJHL will announce more information through social media platforms as they get closer to having the live-streaming up and running. All information for subscriptions will be available on the OHA website.
The PJHL has 63 franchises across Ontario and is the largest junior hockey league in the world.
Locally, the Alliston Hornets will be returning this year in their bid to win the Conference and move on to compete for the provincial Schmaltz Cup.
Alliston had a successful season last year, finishing in second place with a 30-9-1 record, including two overtime losses.
The Stayner Siskins won the Conference championship last season and went on to compete in the Schmaltz Cup Tournament.
The Wellesley Applejacks won the tournament and claimed the 2023 provincial championship.
